Táhirah Gouldbourne,MFT Intern

Hello, I'm Tahirah Gouldbourne, a Master's student in Marriage and Family Therapy at Capella University. I am an honored to support individuals, couples, and families as they navigate life's challenges and strive for meaningful change.

My therapeutic approach is a blend of Narrative therapy, Cognitive Behavioral therapy, and Bowenian therapy.  With this in mind, sessions with me all have a foundation of identifying generational patterns (Bowenian), examining how these patterns shape how think about the world and yourself in helpful or unhelpful ways, and reframing problem saturated stories that arise during this process. I'm truly passionate about breaking generational patterns (aka generational curses), and through various therapeutic methods I believe we can tackle them together.

I strive to cultivate a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard, valued, and empowered. I believe in the resilience and potential of every individual and family system, and I am honored to walk alongside you on your journey.

If you're ready to take the next step toward healing and self-discovery, I invite you to book an appointment. I look forward to working with you.
