Your friendly neighborhood therapy practice
Blair Holleman,LMSW
Hello, I’m Blair Holleman (they/them), a master social worker dedicated to providing affirming, compassionate care to individuals navigating complex identities and life challenges. As a non-binary, neurodivergent, and queer therapist, I have a deep understanding of the unique experiences of those who identify as transgender, queer, non-monogamous, or are involved in kink dynamics. My work centers on supporting individuals with multiple marginalized identities, helping them reconnect with parts of themselves that may have faced trauma or been impacted by societal discomfort.
With a background in trauma-informed therapy, I specialize in helping clients process and heal from a variety of experiences, including childhood trauma, complex trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, chronic pain, and major life changes. I’m especially passionate about supporting those exploring their gender or sexual identity, as well as neurodivergent individuals looking to advocate for themselves and cultivate self-empowerment.

Together, we will identify the root causes of stress, relationship difficulties, or coping challenges that may be impacting your life. Through a collaborative and personalized approach, I will help you develop coping strategies that work for you—not generic, one-size-fits-all solutions. My goal is to ensure that your treatment plan aligns with your values, priorities, and personal experiences, fostering a sense of empowerment and growth. Many clients report experiencing relief from their most immediate concerns within the first few sessions, and we’ll continue to make progress as we work through the deeper layers of your journey.

I approach every session with openness, curiosity, and respect, meeting clients where they are, and validating their unique experiences. My work is rooted in a deep belief that healing is possible, and that everyone deserves to live a life that is authentic, joyful, and full of possibility.

If this resonates with you, I’d be honored to walk alongside you on your therapeutic journey.
